Training records your auditors and partners can check

Compliance training only counts if you can prove it was done and is still current. Give every completion a certificate with a live record behind it.

The problem

Proof of training is scattered

Completion records sit in spreadsheets, LMS exports and email threads, which makes audits slow.

Refresher dates are missed

Safety and compliance courses expire, and nobody notices until a site visit or an audit asks for proof.

Partners and clients ask for evidence

Clients and site owners want to see that your staff are trained, and a PDF on its own is not enough.

How it works

  1. Design one certificate per programme with the employee's name, course, date and an expiry date where it applies.

  2. Upload completions as a spreadsheet after each session, or connect your LMS through the REST API.

  3. Each employee receives the certificate by email and gets reminders 30 and 7 days before it expires.

  4. Auditors, clients or site owners scan the QR code to see whether the training is valid and who issued it.

One place for every completion

Each programme has its own design, and every certificate issued from it is listed with its status. When an audit asks for proof, you can search by name, course or ID, and anyone you share a certificate with can check it themselves.

Renewals that remind people for you

Add a “valid until” date to courses that must be repeated. Employees are reminded 30 and 7 days before expiry, and after the date the verify page shows “Expired on (date)”, so an out-of-date certificate cannot pass as current.

Accountability built in

Every issue, edit and revocation is recorded in the activity log with the staff member who made it. For larger programmes, the REST API and webhooks issue certificates directly from your learning platform.

Certificates staff keep when they move on

Employees receive their certificates by email and can add them to LinkedIn with the ID and verify link filled in. The record stays checkable after they change roles or leave, so a future employer can confirm the training without contacting your HR team.
