A certificate for every batch, without the late nights

New batches finish every month. Instead of editing certificates one by one, upload the batch list and send every student a verifiable certificate in minutes.

The problem

Hours spent on every batch

Copying names into a design tool, exporting each file and emailing it by hand takes hours for every batch, and mistakes slip through.

Employers doubt training certificates

Employers know training certificates are easy to fake, so a genuine one from your centre may not be taken at its word.

Students lose their certificates

Students come back months later for another copy before an interview, and someone has to find the file.

How it works

  1. Upload your existing certificate design or pick a ready-made template, and place the name, course, dates, ID and QR code.

  2. Upload the batch list as a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets. Every row is checked before anything is issued.

  3. Each student gets a PDF and JPG by email, an "Add to LinkedIn" button and your badge if you add one.

  4. Employers scan the QR code and see the student's name, course, dates and your centre as the issuer.

Made for batch after batch

Training centres issue in rhythms: a batch of 20 this week, 80 next month. eCert.Digital keeps your designs ready, matches common column names such as Name, Email and Course automatically, and checks every row before issuing. A batch that used to take an evening takes a few minutes.

Proof that travels with your students

Each certificate gets an ID that cannot be guessed and a QR code that opens your record. When a student shares the certificate on LinkedIn, the ID and verify link are already filled in, so a recruiter can check it in one click. That is good for the student and good for your centre’s name.

Courses with an expiry date

For safety, trade or compliance courses that must be renewed, add a “valid until” date. Students get reminders 30 and 7 days before it expires, sent in your centre’s name — a natural moment to book the refresher. After the date, the verify page shows “Expired on (date)”.

Yes. Besides bulk issuing from a spreadsheet, there is a form for issuing one certificate at a time.
